After an extended bout of pneumonia which resulted in atrophy and debilitating back pain, I know how important it is that we move, whether in isolation or not. Also - what we need is physical distancing, not social distancing. We actually NEED each other, so make sure to stay connected to your peeps via social media, since we have it.
